Suffocation Generator (let it be the title for now)
This project involves programing. Users will go onto the project website, and use a microphone to submit a sentence of their speak to the website. Then computer will base on their submitted voice to generate an audio clip of that person's sexual moaning.
There will possibly have 2 phases of constructing the project:
1. The foremost task is analyzing sexual moaning. From some sampling, generalize principles of this kind of sound, such as the tone, length, speed and the break down. And concludes this analyzing process by come up a group of words, or better a sentence that can contain the basic phonetic sounds of sexual moaning. And as they are spoke by different users and submitted to the computer, they become the sources material for the generator.
2. Create a programing language that can generate artificial moaning. The result of the first phase provides parameter for the program. The program can break down a sentence to fragments, recombine these fragments using the parameter and finally generate a version of artificial moaning. It will also use random programing, which will allow user to submit their voice once and obtain multiple results.

If it is true that as Foucault said, sexuality had been restrained and hypocritical since Victorian period, will cyberspace be the relieving platform for the sexual repression? Pornography became the major business on internet, which probably wasn't expectable for internet creators. In this anonymous world obscenity is legitimate. Internet's property-- anonymous and sharing makes Internet pornography more revolt than other form of pornography like magazine or theater. Therefore this project will ideally take place online.
There have been all means to on visual provocation, and therefore there are all means of banning on sexual images; there also have been strict rules on language, certain terms we are shame to use, or will be deleted on public occasion. What about sound? In a sexual affair sound is such affected but most likely be neglected by us, or we are already molded to be mute and deaf? Magnificent sound everyone can make when undergoing the wonderful moment of sex. If one had never know he/she can make one, I want this project can generate one, and even many different ones. But will we be ashamed to hear our own voice to making the sound of sexual moaning?

Case History study on sex moaning from internet homemade porn. Instead of record sex moaning from people, the project will research on internet resources. Pornography is part of the internet fantasy. One of the main online activity is downloading and uploading porn. The availability of online sharing becomes an availability of virtually sharing sex partners. It is a form that will naturally take place in the repressive sex culture. It nurtures various types of sex activities from anonymous individuals.

- Brief Biography of Steve Reich "Reich was born in New York in 1936. He graduated from Cornell University with honours in Philosophy in 1957 and studied composition at the Juillard School of Music from 1958 to 1961. He then attended Mills College in California where he studied with Milhaud and Berio, receiving his M.A. in music in 1963. great, I think they are the most efficient and democratic forces.

I can plug a headphone to a device, so that the frequency can go straight to my ears.

I do performance videos. I perform for the camera, and direct small group of people perform for the camera like I do.

no, I failed in learning piano as a kid, and never attempt again.
