  • 7:30 - 9:00 PM — Live Audio Mixes by Rafael Canedo, Mike Daddona, and Josh Pavlick

SFAI Artist Presentations, 1-4 PM

Presentations by some of the artists presenting works at the MediaExperiment.org Release Night as well as other artists giving quick presentations of their artwork and websites.

To celebrate the launch of MediaExperiment.org's #2 and #5 being released and to publicize the week long event.

This is another soft announcement for the TUESDAY, MAY 11 from 6-9 PM SATURNALIA event at Melting Point Gallery. The basics are listed above. The details are listed on my wiki (http://rejon.org/wiki/MediaExperiment_Night_of_the_Living_Dead).

The event launches Mike Daddona's CC-licensed Open Recipe "Hyphy Beer" by giving it away to people at the show. Let me repeat, FREE BEER on TUESDAY!

Also, several SF-based artists created mixes from the public domain, "Night of the Living Dead." Mixing these tracks live along with other bits are Josh Pavlick, Raf Canedo, and Mike Daddona.

The final component is a short screening of the MediaExperiment.org Diego Tuesdays DVD.

Please see the upcoming.org listing about the event and to RSVP so we know how much Hyphy Beer to bring.

Please come out to taste the beer, meet some interesting artists and build your network faster!

Questions

Is this the kick-off event for Saturnalia?

(Mike)=This is going to be the second night of Saturnalia. The kickoff night is going to be the night before,but there won't be any beer the first night. It's going to be the decaycast.com release party. Night of The iving Dead event will be second night.

Is the title okay?

Should we give out the Night of the Living Dead Remixes as a compilation?

Yes! Maybe 20-50 or so...

What do we need to get printed?

  • B/W Xerox flyers - Can copy at school. I say we run off 200-300. Ill work on the flyer. Maybe someone can make a remix flyer.
    • -8.5 x 11 in b/w xerox
  • Internet Flyer/ Myspace Flyer
    • Full color CMYK
