This is something Sophie and Jenny came to me as an idea, and we evolved it some.

The idea is to have a website that focuses around some content, and then produces some output at the end of the month expressed in multiple formats.

Possible ideas are to focus on a city and china and its twin city, and grow a community around the production of content about the city.

Also, could organize trips to cities, and then make them media gathering, capturing, and note-taking by locals and global people who seed the project site with new content, and content around the web for others to use for the magazine, and elsewhere.

Another idea is to feed the internet with content, use content from the web, wikipedia, and other sources to constitute the magazine.
