Since my cousin about graduated school, he has been working hard to get gigs and find his way. I helped him start a website, apply to grad schools, and with some intros, but not all has worked out. How can I best help him, but not control him, or push him too hard. Rather, how can I assist him to find his way on the perfect path for him? He loves music and wants to evolve on that path, and thinks moving to Nashville is a good next step. What do you all think?
My next step is to ask him who he knows, who I know there, and/or can connect him with.
I want him to do well, maximize who he is and where he can go.
