After working at Creative Commons for 3 years, around other legal projects, and my ultimate favorite, lawyers, I wanted to cross the concept of law with experimental art. What would the most litigious project look like? How can one develop a case that maximizes damages against the most people, with the most damages possible. And, what would this most litigious project serve.

Originally this IDEA came from making very illegal art including all disney characters, marvel, looney tunes, and DC Comics characters in one film. Is it possible to do this legally? Or, more possible to plow ahead and just make the film and pay the damages? Regardless, the companies would surely seek a cease and desist on whatever output happened.

What would the most litigious project look like and what is currently the reigning most litigious projects?
