I've lost track of this IDEA. The goal is to invest in buying sections of detroit then invigorating the economy with some jobs in new tech sectors.
If one can buy houses for 10,000 USD in neighborhoods that are abandoned, then surely there is some opportunity for fixing detroit.
The problem with detroit is a slumping job outlook, and detroit needs some economic boost so that it doesn't turn into Robocop, a dystopian American outlook.
