If the Laoban equipment sells well, our manufacturer has suggested we develop a partnership or corporation. They actually suggested this even prior since they want access to international markets. Our guanxi can provide this.
The idea is that a speaker manufacturer supplies the boxes, and custom speakers. Then, Matt and I provide the designs and web shop infrastructure to sell the speakers internationally. What kind of split and/or profit sharing is to be worked out still as well as the quality, final products we make, we want to be quite high quality.
If Laoban goes well, it would do it justice to split it out from Fabricatorz to be a standalone company.
