The goal is to produce a Chinese-English Dictionary that is high quality and under a free cultural work license such as CC Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license. The other goals are to work with Chinese language communities, business, and of course, Wiktionary, which is licensed GNU FDL, but in the near future appears to be dual-licensed under CC BY-SA.
