The idea is to look at examples of Internet Filtering and analyze them in terms that are not as polarized as free-speech and censorship. However, the hypothesis is that less filtering and blockage improves communication.

There are multiple ways to address the problem and multiple outputs. The easiest is in terms of information/IT/information-theory and overall packet/keyword loss. Another way, possibly more abstract is to look at more filtering, or more irregular filtering as a practice which hurts business.

Note, this should focus on at least 2-3 countries.

This will have helpful impact on the nocleanfeed.com movement in Australia hopefully.
